Shipping Policy

Doe Creek Beads is a small husband and wife operation. And while we do try very hard to keep our most popular items in stock, in many cases we must order your jewelry from one of the manufacturers or make it ourselves when it is ordered. What does this mean to you? Mostly it means that we can not ever guarantee overnight shipping. And in some cases it can take up to 5 days to get your order. 

If you do have a specific deadline you need to meet, a birthday, anniversary, or other important date, please let us know when you order so that we can do our best to either make sure that you have your item in time or that you are contacted and provided with options. 

We wish that we could stock everything that we sell, but in these economic times we simply can't afford to have tens of thousands of dollars sitting on a shelf waiting to be sold. We aren't Amazon, we are just Steve and Diane doing what we can to make people happy through jewelry.
